Over the past few decades, I’ve led teams, grown businesses, and spent a lot of time thinking about what makes work meaningful—not just profitable. I care deeply about how people show up, how they grow, and how we create environments where both humans and ideas can thrive.

These days, I focus on the intersection of work and identity, leadership and culture, and content and connection—basically, how we make work feel more human again.

You’ll usually find me building content that sparks real conversations, hosting podcast-style discussions with curious, thoughtful people, and helping individuals and teams find their rhythm—not “balance,” because let’s be honest, that’s a myth.
